Hi-Tech Trusses: from spreadsheet to system.

Hi-Tech Trusses, part of the Alkan Group umbrella alongside NTruss, was running the entire operation on a single local Excel file.

Ten people, one office, one spreadsheet passed between them. Keeping track of the right version of a quote was a constant fight. No inventory system. Hours every day lost to manual data entry. We started with a Survey — sitting with Selim, mapping the workflows across both brands (Hi-Tech Trusses and NTruss) that share the office and team. Then a Foundation session, on-site, to bring the core of their AI system online: a system that sees the business, holds its data, and reasons over it.
